February 2013 updates for Lync Server 2013 (CU1) have been released (KB 2809243)
From what I understand apart from the usual fixes it includes:
- Location Based Routing for Non-Emergency Call
- Groups Call Pickup (SEFAUTIL required for configuration)
- Edge server related updates tor Lync Mobile 2013 clients (yet released) to support Voice/Video calling

Update fixes the following issues:
- Missed call notification for delegates who do not answer incoming calls in a Lync Server 2013 environment (KB 2785193)

- An update is available that enables you to use a Call Leg Media Quality Report in a Lync Server 2013 environment (KB 2798143)
- Changes are not updated in the ABS databases for a user whose distinguished name is changed in AD DS in a Lync Server 2013 environment (KB 2798145)
